A lot has happened in the last year. Having just celebrated our 5th birthday, Zippsafe looks back on a successful 2021. Our team is getting bigger, the customers and satisfied users more numerous and the success stories more regular. We now have 38 employees, compared to about 10 Zippers less at the beginning of the year. These nearly 40 fantastic people have accomplished quite a bit in the last 12 months. For example, our sales team has been able to acquire 45 new customers. At the same time, we could take on new orders from some of our existing customers, such as the Robert Bosch Hospital in Stuttgart and the Baden Cantonal Hospital, thus achieving our ambitious goals. We are also particularly honored that our smart locker room solution is applied in new use cases. A renowned Swiss watch manufacturer, Badrutt's Palace in St. Moritz, or banks such as Credit Suisse and Bendura Bank in Liechtenstein - We are gaining a foothold in additional industries. At the same time, with the Learning Center at the University of St. Gallen, Zippsafe is moving "back-to-the-roots", so to speak, and is not found in an employee locker room, but in a public space for students.

But we were also busy in our main target group, healthcare facilities. We were pleased to welcome new customers such as the Emmendingen District Hospital, the Ammerland Clinic, and the university hospitals in Tübingen, Schleswig-Holstein, and Freiburg, to name but a few. Zippsafe Germany GmbH, which was newly founded this year, has made a decisive contribution in this regard. With a new Business Development Manager in Austria and a vacancy in the Netherlands and Belgium, we will sooner or later be able to establish ourselves there as well. Thanks to the visit of the USA to the NeoCon conference in Chicago, we have taken another step towards "Smart Soft Locker" world domination.

Before we get too carried away, let's continue with some facts about the outstanding performance of our order management. In total, we were able to install 463 ZippSpace systems for new and existing customers in 62 installations this year. This provides over 6,500 people with a locker bag to store their personal belongings. Using our square meter calculator, we quickly calculated how much space we were able to save by using Zippsafe. It's a remarkable 2,622 square meters, almost double last year's total.

To focus solely on the space-saving features of ZippSpace would not do the solution justice. This year we have done everything we can to optimize hygiene and further advance digitalization in employee locker rooms. Two new partners are supporting us in this endeavor. With the technology company Polygiene, we are on the one hand equipping the polymer fabric of our locker bags with an antimicrobial coating, eliminating 99% of the viruses and bacteria that come into contact with it. On the other hand, thanks to Microsoft Azure Sphere components, we achieve the highest security standards and flexibility in our Zippsafe Management System.

We are also relying on external support for the first time in sales. In addition to our growing internal team, we have added several distributors and sales agents. Our Lead Generator partnership with ACG Pulse has been deepened. In Denmark, Sweden, and Finland we are also working with independent agents to promote Zippsafe internationally.

Speaking of getting the word out - it's always nice to see the media take notice as well. Last year, we were amazed when the renowned business magazine "brand eins" suddenly called to feature our product. It gets even better. At the end of the year, our two founders Carlo Loderer and David Ballagi were included in the "30 under 30" list of Forbes magazine. What the two have accomplished in the last 5 years has taken a lot of sweat and tears, but has brought Zippsafe well deserved to success and not entirely by chance. We will not rest on this success.
